Had a WR Sport back box fitted today and what a difference it makes! Sounds absolutely brilliant! Only thing is there is a sort of slight burning smell now. Not sure of this is the exhaust heating up for the first time or what, but a little worried that it is in the garage and something bad might happen? Anyone else had this or should I worry?!?

I had the same after having PPP fitted and the smell was definately the "newness" of the backbox (and centre section in my case) burning in. Don't worry, it dissappears after a long hard blast

Smell will disappear quite quickly - enjoy!

 

But the smile will remain.

 

Keep blatting it around Dan and the smell will soon go away-always get that after working on exhaust systems.
