......or is it just mine???????
The neighbours go mad....as soon as I come round the corner they all lose satalite signal. I cant wash my car with the radio on as it seems to be some kind of interferance with my ignition.
The senario is such:-
1. Car locked up and alarmed on drive - no problem
2. Ignition switched to first position (radio off)- No satalite signal received within a 30meter radius
3. Engine running - same as above
At first I thought it was something to do with my radio / amp, but with radio switched off (and amp) it still causes problems.
I ain't too bothered about spoiling anybody else viewing pleasure and obviously it doesnt affect me (think about it - i'm in the car, not the front room watching TV!)...but could this interference be causing me health problems??????
So, is it just mine then or does your Impreza do the same???

Yes, I can confirm i have a snooper. I was convinced it was my scoobies ignition or something elctrical.
I didn't think it was legal to manufacter products that cause radio interferance????
Thanks guy's, I will sleep at night now

believe the s5 wasnt stocked by halfords for a period while they sorted this. i have an s5 and have had no complaints but there's been plenty of threads about it.
seem to recall a story about a harriers weapons system lockin onto a car with an s5 in it somewhere, lol...
