They sent me mine about 2 months beforehand. I had already signed the direct debit forms (when I picked up the car) so they just sent me a letter to let me know the date they were going to start taking payments on.

I renewed recently - paid £320 for the lifetime Subscription. I wasn't too pleased, however, that there was no credit against that for the sum (whatever it was) that S-UK will have paid for the first year ![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)
It got quite close to renewal date without my hearing from them, so I rang in. The Customer Service was really efficient, and sorted things out in no time.

I got to 2 days before the renewal (i.e. Friday when it expired on the Sunday...) and had to call them as no documentation had arrived. I ended up having to pay by credit card there and then.
Oh yes - and that was 2 weeks after I'd already rang then enquiring where the paperwork was....

Is anyone else worried that their tracker isn't working? I didn't have to do much to change over the owner details when I brought my Subaru.
Can you ask them to check it or something?

just call them up and they can check the location of your car!
I did this when I read the leaflet that came with it and wondered why I didn't have an extra fob for arming it for the service that I thought I had paid for. That'll be because it is all wired up together into the scoob keys!
Totally efficient and almost located it to the actually spot in the carpark it was in!
