redeye

im haveing trouble with my pc.wots happening is if i am on a forum and there is a link to click on i cant get it.all that happens is a new page appears on screen and nothing else happens.this is no good as i cant get any info or pictures.
can somebody tell me whats wrong and how to sort it please.
