please forgive me if i'm mixing my medication again - but am i right in saying that you had a dutch my00 at some point?

Possible from Landgraffe, GJ Kempen ring any bells..?

I'm really looking for information about making warranty claims directed at Subaru Holland (and this is where the 'anybody else' bit comes in!) don't suppose you'd (or anybody would!) have any advice/examples???

I bought my car (MY00) from Gertjan in Holland - Chiark did as well. At the time the Dutch EU cars only came with a years warranty. Are you wanting to make a warranty claim on a Dutch MY00

as Ian said - Dutch = one year g'tee, so no claim on a MY00. However if your car is a Belguim import, you might have a 3 year g'tee???
What do you want to claim on? There have been people who have claimed on e.g. "clutch failures" - it involved sending the failed item back to Holland for checking/authorisation. Long-winded to eventually successful...

Yes, I did get mine from Gertjan van der Velde. One year warranty... So your in the hands of the dealers . Glad it wasn't too painful
