Hi chaps - I have the PIAA blades on my 1997 UK turbo, and (personally) 100% recommend them.

My windscreen is quite badly stone chipped, but with the PIAA wiper blades I don't get any smears of "juddering".

Expensive, but worth it.

Ok ScoobyWorld are prepared to do a group buy deal , I need to know if you want Carbon or Satin finish and give them an idea of quantity. I think I will start a new thread and if everyone can post their requirement for example:

Question

How good are these at speed. I presently have the Bosch ones fitted which have the deflector fins and these tend to lift off the screen on the motorway

They work really well at motorway speeds. No problems with the blades lifting.

In fact you will probably find yourself using the wipers less than you might expect. The silicon (released by the blades themselves) coats the glass and "waterproofs" it. Rainwater actually beads and runs up the windscreen, and away. It looks just like the way rainwater behaves when falling on waxed paintwork.

Yes, the blades are expensive, but IMHO they're worth it.

Those who find the price of the PIAA blades too high may prefer shelling £5 on a bottle of Rain-X. Needs re-doing periodically but the effect is the same.
