Did anyone get any vid's or pics of the first scooby session at 9:20? I was in the green MY97 with gold 17's and Prodrive logo in the windscreen. My missus got a couple of pics of me, but they wern't amazing because of the position she was in. The track session was loads of fun, I had some nice @rse out moments on the greasy tarmac, on the last lap I sh@t myself at camp corner, got it hugely sideways and had a big tank-slapper
. Managed to get it back tho'
Who was the bloke who came up to me after and said 'You looked quick out there, the only thing quicker was a P1, I sh@t myself for you when you nearly lost it', do you post on here? Not bad for a lightly modded 95k MY97
Any way here's a couple of pics of me on the first session:

Hi, was talking to you that morning. Tall blonde/ginger hair with red uk turbo same wheels as yours but anthracite. My mate rob with the white uk turbo has some video footage. My girlfriend saw you spin it out but hit pause instead of record in a panic, women! Took it easy ish around that corner as I have seen a few crashes there in the past. The P1 was not fastest out there he was holding me up at times, backed of at one point after quarry to 30 mph to leave a clear track. Caught him back up again though!
In all fairness he wasn't going 100% though.
There was a grey RB5 or STI that was was flying backed off and let him through. Going to get some new brakes now but did well considering I had tired old 2 pots, well the gearbox did most of the breaking!
Was more fun being a bit damp.Shame most people could not se us at the back of the track were my favourite bits were.
Will get mate to post you video.

Was there only one P1 on our session? The reason I ask is because I was second out on to the track behind an STI7 who pulled off after about 3 laps, leaving me as the lead car. I was gaining on a P1 on the last lap, meaning I must have been almost a lap up on him seeing as no-one went past me. So that couldn't have been the P1 the guy said was quicker than me. Maybe he was a bit blind and thought the STI7 was a P1?
I know what you mean about the 2-pots, I was braking on the gearbox most of the time aswell.
Anyway can't wait to see that video![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Only P1 out that session was me, and first time out in new car with new brakes and tires was taking it very easy sorry if I held any of you up, Generally I let people past where possible, 2nd session went alot better. Grey scooby was going very well.

Ahh, so that guy must have been refering to the STI7 then. I basically had a completely clear track, my misses who was watching said it was that STI and me, then a big gap, then the others quite close together ![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)

Drexel,
You were in front of me on that first session but I nearly span at Quarries in front of Stormy's P1 and you then dissapeared, I took it easy for a few laps after that close call. I thought it was very greasy and I drove quite gingerly until a dry line appeared.
Stormy's P1 was overtaken by a Blue WRX, which then proceeded to try and overtake me in a Red zone
I was not happy with this but I decided to let him past on the next straight as I didn't want him to collect me in his impatient driving. Irony was that I then started to catch him up and he lost it at the second chicane, and had to go up the escape road ![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
Anyway, I had a good day generally.
