Question

Aaaargh, this Scooby upgrade bug has taken hold.... I really like the STi seats, is it possible to get them at reasonable cost and swap them with my standard seats?

Cheers!

Thumbs down

Why does everyone slag off the MY01/2. I think it is a beautiful piece of automotive engineering. After all the beauty lies within, i.e. the driving enjoyment

Cool

I still cant believe that some of you guys call the 02 WRX FUGLY ( the only real problem was the lights on the WRX & that was sorted easily with the morrette coversion)- have you seen the new one & have you compared the original ( I hesitate to call it a classic as you guys like to)build quality with the newer cars.Makes me wonder if you really like these cars at all or just what you happen to own yourselves at the time. leave each to their own thats what I say.

Thats why I am looking at a 993T or TVR. I want a performance upgrade and even an STi PPP still wont give me a better power to weight, worked out I woudl need about 350bhp at least preferable 400bhp but dont want to spend a fortune, have no warranty and blow the thing up. Trouble is I like scoobs and they suit my rubbish driving style .

Blimey, me and the missis watch some telly and get back on here to find 11 messages :-)

Yep, it's the one that people on here like to give a good slapping with a wet fish, it's the glamorous MY02 :-)

Anyway, I was wondering if many people here have changed the seats? When we did our first test drive in an 01 it had the (?) alcantara seats and we thought we were getting them in our new 02. Doh! I was hoping that there may be a specialist breakers with a set but have no idea where to look..... The seats in my MY98 are looking a bit ropey so thought I could stick my cast offs in to that but don't know if the seat's rails etc are different at all?

So many questions, sorry!

:-)
