Yeah sorry about that , ive been on Broadband too long, i keep forgetting about the slower speeds, ill have to make a HTML version to make it easier on the slower connections

the little green boxes are not good enough as a navigation source I nearly ignored them. I was trying to work out why the word home was not clickable, this is a deceptive and anoying index page and the music is monotonous.
