This is world record breaking stuff for me normally I get about 220-230 miles out of a tank.
Only downside is, that i'm running it in so I can't go about 3k. But the good mpg cheered me up.![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

You should be able to get more than that out of a full tank when get a few thousand miles on the engine. Mine started to get better after the 8K mark. Would often get around 30 to 31 mpg in combined driving.

My cars got approx 43500, its just had new pistons, and pistons rings to sort out the piston slap.
The 220-230 mpg is the mpg i've been getting for last 8 months of ownership and seems to be the standard for my model of Scooby (MY98 Uk Turbo)
Cheers

In my UK300 PPP MY01 I get between 280 and 300 miles on a tank on average ... this is for combined driving but mainly motorway, obviously much depends on the old heaviness of your right foot ![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
In my old MY99 Turbo (SS BB and ITG panel filter), on a warm day on the autobahn using SUL in Germany and cruising between 90 and 100mph I got 370 miles on one tank and the red light hadn't even flicked on![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
The MY03 cars are 'supposed' to be much more frugal than the older ones .....
Cheers

ok this is starting to worry me now, i seem to be getting like 150 miles to a full tank
before we get deep into how im driving it, im not hammering it. once a week maybe actually using the turbo the rest of the time its normal piddly little distances at 30mph.

This is turning into a mixed bag of results.
My driving is 40 miles a day to work which consists of mainly 30's) and weekends pottering around, and I get approx 240 out of a tank.
I'm not worried any more, it's only money i guess! Who wants to be the richest bloke in the grave yard anyway![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Yup yup, all paid for by IM, I paid for a new cam belt as it was getting taken off to do the work so I thought I'd seize the opportunity to get the cam belt changed as my 45 k is due soon.
Email me mate if you have any questions.

I get 250 miles to a full tank. If i'm being good. 50 Miles a day motorway driving, restricted to 70 cos of traffic. Its when u put your foot down to accelerate, that the miles go south.
Hard not to !! In-it ??

I average between 280 & 320 to a full tank, mostly the 280 miles tho, with a bit of spirited driving
On trips to London & Back, Ive had 370
but I stuck to 80mph all the way there and back, quiet motorway too, so no stop start nonsense, and with the odd 40 & 50mph cruising through roadworks

Mainly down to how much you do steady speed cruising, and how much you do stop start and cold engine.
My last 5 tanks have all been over 300 miles on my modified MY02 WRX, but they've all included a fair distance plodding along the motorway at motorway speeds. I have had below 200 miles once - but the longest journey was about 8 or 9 miles, so it never really warmed up (and therefore I wasn't thrashing it either)

Bog MY00, 365 miles out of 55 litres of plain old BP UL. Mixed conditions - woke up the turbo about twice! Miss Daisy would have loved it (apart from the ride).
I think my worst was about 220 miles - probably the following tankfull![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
