Sorry guy's!

I have had the car about 8 month's now and it has been off the road for 5 of them as I bought a bit of a lemon by the feels of things. Now that it's all repaired and running lovely I thought it was best to try and sort out a warrenty, as I can't afford anything else going wrong.

So I need help, as most company's only do it through the dealer, etc..

Cheers

I think it highly unlikely that you will find a company willing to provide warranty for your car. As far as I am aware, such deals are only available as an extension on an existing policy. Sorry to seem so pessimistic.

I took out AA cover on the wifes VOlvo (dont laugh) and providing its serviced every year you can buy an additional parts and labour warranty. The AA and cover costs around £150 a year.

I assume it will cover a scoob

PS can anyone recomend what speakers to replace the standard ones in my 03. Standards ones are crap!

Thanks but neither RAC or AA cover the WRX, at the moment.

I am putting Kenwoods in mine, but I don't think they are a straight, swop.

Shona, how ols is the WRX (JAP / UK)???

Most dealers will cover the car for up to 5 years old with varying levels of cover / price.

I bought a 2.99 yr old scooby, then went to dealer who sold me a manufacturers warrenty for an extra 2 years for £400.

Thanks

I have a Jap import, and I believe it to have been made in Sep 1998, so just under 5 years old.

I can say of all the company's I have tired I think I have finally found one with all your help!

Warranty Wise!

I phoned them and they said it should not be a problem and when they did not get hold of me again on the phone, (as I had to go out!) They sent me the quote in the post which seems quite good.

Thanks again, and I hope this will help other people to.
