Nearly 27000 members on scoobynet (What a joke)

R.B,
For nearly 3 years I have watched scoobynet turn from a Subaru Impreza community into a massive web car enthusiast bbs.
People from all walks of life on here now. People who have owned a scoob, people who have a scoob, people who want a scoob and enthusiasts in general.
We won't even mention the Muppets
I used to be able to follow every active thread in the early days, impossible to do that now. Its the price of popularity I suppose, scoobynet, Simon and the mod team must be doing something right.

Remember when it was a few posts a day.Nearly all of these were scooby relevant. These days about 60% of posts are just utter drivel.
To many caps here these days in my opinion.

Dont really care about my post count or the age, but would like my name back as its the one I use on CBR600 site, hotmail, etc etc etc
and therefore easier for me, I now write down passwords as the lesson has been learned.
GIVE ME BACK MY NAME PLEASE...

Yes, I agree , and I have made the point several times regarding imposters on this board. You've only to look at some of the ridiculous topics to realise that many of the posters are in fantasy land. How about the guy on this page that claims to have just bought a brand new WRX (03 first service) and is asking us if it's necessary to have a service at some time. I'd say at least half of the posts are bogus.

You joined 1 week before i created this account, I have actually got another account that has got a grand total of about 2 posts under the name of AKK as that was the name that i used to use on forums before I decided to get sensible with my username.

I love it when newbies come on ask for advice, they get some and then spend the rest of the thread arguing that the advice they have got is wrong and we all know nothing LOL. Dumbing down and PC society we live in. UK use to be a nation of shopkeepers, now its is nation of moaners and whingers .
