As above I am not definately selling her just curious.Running costs insurance etc.. are a lot of ££££'s these days.Nothing prior to a MY99 car,No Bugeyes either i just do not like them.P1's with upgrade's etc..,As i stated just curious but feeling the pinch a bit.

Out of curiosity, what would YOU be looking for in P/Ex
Do you have anything in mind, that you would like instead if it came to the crunch?
Personally If I owned a 22b, I doubt I would want another scoob as a replacement, it would have to be something completly different

I have seriously considered p/xing mine for a 22b a couple of times recently, but having had her from new and slowly building her up, I'm not sure I could. Still lots to do too...

Good point John,
The appeal of a 22B is huge, but when you already own a really good Scooby, does the increased insurance, parts costs, and worry justify the change?
I really don't know.
I know I can park my MY00 practically anywhere, which I would never do with a 22B....

Why do people immediately jump on you.Its not a delaration of intent just curious as to what people would offer.Sonic you're car is smart i love all scoobys just some more than other's.As for mr Coffeys comments that's fine obviously never been in a 22B there is a huge difference. This is the third impreza i have owned from MY98 UK,STI Ver 6 STI which was newer than the 22B.But always wanted a 22B in my opinon no other impreza has the same on the road presence.Just very expensive. So Guys take a chill pill I am just a normal guy with a very expensive to run car.

I know where your coming from, in many ways as much as I would like a 22B (and was tempted to get one a while back) it would be impractical for me to have one due to having to use the car everyday for work
and I cant afford another car for work, and run a scoob, and a big house otherwise I would be already
If however I changed my job and got another Company Car, then I would defo consider having a serious play toy

I know what a 22b is, but your average Auto Trader reader is gonna **** himself when he sees a 1998 Impreza for sale @ £20k.
You will have to sell it on to a fellow enthusiast IMHO.
Good luck whatever you do, and take that chill pill yourself that you offered me

Sadly no, I never got to the NBO, I was at Jap Fest tho, parked right down the bottom end of the SIDC car park
I must have seen your car there tho, quite a few 22B's there that day

Warrender still have a 22B for sale for 27995 with 4,200 miles on the clock 98 S
Warrenders are considered expensive, they did have another one in for 30k, but I guess that one has gone now, not sure how long they have had this one, but it was in the showroom at least in November and probably before then
