Recently had decat dp and centre fitted and I have noticed a difference in power between warm and cold days, for example late evening or early morning. During cooler periods the car seems to go like ****.

Has anyone else noticed a big difference?

Decat has certainly made a difference to performance. I'm well pleased

colder temperatures will make the car go better (aka like **** as you put it) as the car will intake cooler and denser air which will improve the combustion - get a water spray and you will notice this alot more, or if you can afford it a FMIC (£1k+)

Question

Does the water spray really make much difference on the standard IC ?

In cold air the enthalpy of combustion will increase energy -> more power

Agree! On the really hot afternoons that we've had lately, the car has felt really sluggish....slow to be honest. This morning it was raining for the first time in a while, cooler air and it feels so much better. Role on winter!!! How much are these water sprays to buy and fit to say an MY97 Uk turbo??
