I have a Dutch import and it is to UK spec and registered with IM

Can I claim back, my first service costs as I was told you could, but lost the thead it was on.

am I claiming for labour or parts or both

Any idea please

Ah.... the answer is no, you will have to pay for your own service here, a uk car has the parts free but not the labour, you will have to pay for both (sucks i know but.....)

About 58 quid inc labour i think (that was my 37.5k service cost at the local dealer) but i had the same problem as you did with my eu import, but IM wont budge on this as they will only pay the parts on their cars.......

at what mileage is the first service i have and 03 eu uk spec import and have been told it does not need a servie until 15000km or 1 year, unlike the uk version which needs a service at 1000 miles due to the thin oil used
