Where to take a Scoob in the Herts area???

A mate of mine needs his Scoob looking at, seems to be blowing round the turbo somewhere but he wants to take it to someone who knows what there doing (not a dealer, he doesn't want to pay the silly prices). So, any decent tuners that know there scoobs in the Herts area (or North west London etc..).
