i've had a look on a couple of web sites for "scooby" plates, but have had difficulty finding a decent one for a p reg . plenty if your scoob is an s reg or younger though! typical! i have seen a few "555" plates though.

There was a scooby plate in the for sale section not that long ago.
But as said above, depends on what year your car is, plenty "S" plates going for sale.

I was pulled over the other week and had my plates taken off by plod and kept, leaving me to drive home without any.![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
It was a 5 digit plate closer than they liked.
I'd had the reg on different cars and just kept fitting the same plates.
As it's now joined the list of revenue earning necessities, and it has been badly abused since the DVLC started selling mainly daft marks that were never going to read anything, I was stopped.
Totally legal now and actually it hardly looks any different.
Conform is what I say now, it's just not worth the arséache.

Been booked twice now. Both times by motorway police. Seems they have nothing better to do than sit at 50mph waiting for an easy booking.
Normal bobby doesn't seem bothered around here.
Last time I was stopped was only for a verbal warning. So no fine.
Apparently DVLA have put pressure on the police to clamp down on miss-spaced number plates. Hense higher numbers of bookings in the last year or so.
