Even though i park well away from other cars and take up 2 spaces when i can. I am now the proud owner of a second carpark dink (on the off side rear door now!!)
where do you get those door protectors from....
they will cover the existing dints (so i would be say £80-£100 in pocket) as i would not need to have them sorted.
How much?
Steve
BTW can you get them in black/yellow diagonal stipes? as it is obvious that people can't see my car!

Steve,
There's an excellant guy in warrington if you want the dents removing.
He's done 3 or 4 cars off here and everybody's been more than happy with his work.
Dave Latham 01925 831357 or 07885 481921.
Mail me if you want more details
Chris

we've been thinking of getting some too,our scoob's covered in bl00dy carpark dinks !! i'd love to know how they appear when we park in "parent, child" spaces ???????seriously though,it pi55es me off, especially when you see it's a cr4ppy rust bucket that doesn't even look as it will pass the M.O.T next to us !! people need to be more careful.

I feel that the subaru side strips are somewhat better than the mondeo ones (owning both cars i can confirm this )
The subaru ones are chunkier, the mondeo ones smoother but my mondeo has a few dents in its door (shows how good they are )

Only problem with the protector strips is that they do bu66er all to protect from other cars rear doors, as the point of contact is higher up. I'm the proud owner of several "high level" dings on both my back doors.

i meant with the spaces being so far apart.
a couple of weeks ago,in mc d car park, some dozy tart flung the car door open and didn't even apologise !! i was sat it the car at the time, but before i could get out to say anything, she put her head down and her dad put his foot down ! cheek of it !!
it's not only left a dink, but has cracked and chipped the paint too,why can't people just be more careful ?
