...got my bloomin' heat shield welded.


It's been getting steadly worse over the last 6 moths and I'd finially got fed up with the buzzing and rattling, so when I went into the tyre place were my dad works to get the tyres swapped on the rims, I asked one of the guys there to take a look. He welded one side where it had cracked clean through near one of the bolts, and the other side along the seam.

At last, I can enjoy the sound of the Powerflow exhaust with out distraction....

 

It's a pain in the backside the heat shield, I had mine welded quite a few times on my old MY94.
