That is what the top floor os for in Muilti Storey Car Parks so you can see how many car alarms you can set off on your way up. Scoobysport Downpipe, centre and TSL Firestorm BB does the trick for me. Gilrfriend thinks I am a kid but can not resist it.....

Try Saab's - I was always setting one off down the road from the ex's house in my P1 with PE exhaust.
My mate's 5Zigen exhaust on the Evo was even louder and he was going to get a downpipe, but thankfully didn't (it would have been at least twice as loud).

If you have ever collected/returned a hire car at Heathrow, you'll know that all the major hire car companies are based on a half mile strip next to one of the runways.
Returning a car one morning, I felt the ground tremble and sure enough, there it was. Concorde on full re-heat thundering down the runway. Fingers in the ears as it went past (it does about 200 mph on take off). Once it was airborne and the din died down, there were hundreds of alarms going off all down the road. Fan-bleeding-tastic!
The Hertz guy next to me just shook his head and grinned.

My old MK5 XR3i used to do it
Only after I decatted it and took out centre box. It was'nt loud as such, just very low and deep tone. K&N made most of the noise
On my usual multi-story car park at the time, I used to boot it just as I drove out to hear 2 or 3 go off. Normally convertibles, that'll teach em to have cheap alarms or crappy cliffords!
You've just reminded me what my Scoobs missing. Maybe time to order a stainless backbox to go with the decat
