Anyone know the book speed of an STI V2? or is it just the JDM usual 112mph? we were hoping subaru may have released some non limited stats??we have had ours for a few months now it has a few mods FMIC, Decat, powerboost valve etc. took it up to 155 and bottled it!(bearing in mind we have a kph converter fitted, are they accurate at that speed?)The bl**dy thing just keeps pulling!! mmmm can feel some gearox ratios coming on, I didn't want to blow it up either!! Of course this was done on a track so dont start bitchin at me!! even though the marshalls were no where to be seen and the roundabouts made it a bit tricky!!!

I have an STI Version 2, and as far as I know the rev limiter kicks in at around 7K, with this in place the gearing would restrict (mine anyway) to about 140 mph.

My old STi2 did 22 mph @1000 rpm in top gear and as the standard version 2 bounces of the limiter at 7000 rpm you can say it maxes out at 154 mph,but the problem you have with that is peak power would normally be at 6700 ish so you are loosing power after that!!!.
