Saw B16 GAL (Black Bug eye WRX) go up the M1.

Also quite a few in the car park there.

Great day out - almost constant racing & top weather.

I reckon most ScoobyNetters could have driven better that the drivers in the first Cupra race - total carnage

excellent day, top weather (reads burnt!) and some good races. got a good look around the STI8 as well behind the grandstand.

all in all a very good day out.

Yep I was there too, my mate Paul Clark was racing in the Mini Se7ens, he was in the silver Mini that shot from 4th on the grid to P1 by the time they'd reached Turn 1, he eventually came 2nd due to a couple of problems, d'oh.

Me, Chris and Ady were in the black MY01 and blue STi8 parked together in East 2.

As Sal said - great day out for a quid! 44000 people there aswell.

We were sitting by the chicane at turn 1 - saw some monster crashes in the Seat races. Also watched as one of the F3 cars got launched off the curbs on the chicane, skidding upside down before landing back the right way up right in front of us

I was also in East 2 in my STi8 (complete with new pimp tints). Forgot how hot the Prodrive gear **** gets when the weather warms up though.......ouch!

Your mate drove a great race in his Mini!

The spread of racing was a real plus, and a couple of the individual races - first F3 for instance - had some fantastic battles for position.
