Looking to purchase a set of alloys/tyres for track day use only (MY03WRX).

Any suggestions for the alloys?

As they are for the track, function (and cost) are more of a priority than looks. Budget is £1,000 max (for 4 with rubber), although ideally I'd like to keep the spend to a minimum (£600 odd).

In terms of tyres, I'm thinking of Toyos to start with and then may look to a road legal slick at some point.

 

I've got a set of standard MY01 alloys with P-Zero's (covered about 10K) which would set you back a lot less than £1,000.00

They should be the same as your wheels (except for colour) so no problems for track days.
