Hello, after having a 95 UK MR2 N/A for 2 years, and wanting an Impreza for about 4 years... I've decided to go for one.. the one I've seen is on svaimports.com; Subaru Impreza STI Type R Version 5, 1998 Model S Reg, 41000 Miles, White with 17" gold alloys,Red top engine with water sprays, Diff controller, Strut brace, Air bag, Full electric pack... http://www.svaimports.com/cars/x98stirwhite.jpg

I have tried contacting SVA to no avail, would this be a good buy for £13500... and also does anyone know the BHP of one of this beasts...

thanks in advance

Chris

BHP is 276.
I luv em in white - very rallycaresque.
Have a look at the FAQ on www.sidc.co.uk, heck feel free to join whilst you are there!
STI's have a 'fragile' reputation. You will be advised to run it with an 'octane booster' in every tank - then there will be a bitchfight about which one..LOL (I use Millers)
You WILL need to run it solely on Super Unleaded unless you get it remapped.
You should avoid running it at the redline for prolonged periods..vmax accross France is a Bad Idea.
Remember the scooby is about point and squirt, not 120mph motorway duels and you will love it.
Ask the trader if it will have the speed limiter deleted or you will be suprised to find your top speed is 112mph LOL
Enjoy it.

Cool

Clicky link for your motor http://www.imoc.co.uk/members/profile.asp?ID=1595 (you need to use square brackets instead of angled ones )

I wouldn't mind one of these, but not ready to buy yet

Question

Out of interest, how much you looking for for the MR2? Have you got any pics of the interior?
