Having fitted my TSL decat downpipe I found on the old original downpipe there were a boss just after the cat where a sensor screws into... But on the tsl one there isn't can anyone tel me what this sensor is for.. Its a MY95 WRX

Unplug it and leave it off, its not needed mate

I did this on my old MY95 WRX.

Its a cat temperature sensor. Trace back up it about 300-400mm and you'll find a multi plug. Disconnect it and forget about it!
