I have to say this

Well Scooby one (1993 WRX) was great. 50,000 miles in 2 years and no major problems. But at 96,000 miles along came a nice Dark Blue one with a few minor suspension modifications ( compared to the modifiers delight that was the Black Beast) and I thought that's sensible and slightly less OTT given my advancing years. So I bought it.
I've owned it for less than 12 weeks and it has spent at least 5 of them off the road either being treated for starting problems or waiting to be brought back to UK after failing on our summer holiday and then being repaired. This was not the cars fault as at least one bunch of people gave it a helpful nudge by fitting 205/55/16 tyres not 205/50/16 as asked. But I am beginning to think its jinxed as all the repairs have been delayed by parts problems.
The problem is what do I swop it for . . . . another one ? I certainly don't want a Nissan Primera or a Peugeot 307 HDI SW which is what I've driven over the last few weeks ! Or do I just put it down to "teething" troubles. So now you know.

Just to say 48 hours later and the car has been back in my hands for 24 hours .....and I'm in love again (arghhhhh !!!!)
Drove it from Clitheroe to Longridge (B road for non locals) this afternoon and I'm reminded why I bought one in the first place.
Let's hope the love affair continues!
