I heard through the night (around 0100hrs) that there was a fatal RTA near Plean, Stirling.Dont know the exact details but I think the vehicle was a scoob, it left the road and caught fire. one female passenger has been killed at the scene. Not good. Don't know if it's someone of here or not. Either way thoughts are with the family. I have also posted this in the Scottish section.

Don't you think that you are being a little insensitive in posting this? IF it is true, how do you think the family and friends will feel having this put up on a public BBS.
I think you ought to remove this out of respect

Certainly not meaning to upset anyone with this post. Was trying to ascertain if it was someone who uses scoobynet who I or someone else may know ! if the mods feel this is insensitive please delete this thread. Anyone who knows me will know I am far from insensitive.

I don't think its insensitive, if Ricky was making a joke of it or saying insensitive things then i'm sure people would be upset and so on, but by what Ricky DID say he simply sounds concerned and caring.

IMO, Definitely NOT in-sensitive.
I'm assuming that this thread has also been approved by the mods, as it has not been deleted.
Deepest condolences to the family of the deceased.

not insensitive at all, its funny that these stories tend to get posted up when they happen, but no-one has ever complained before

From the www.centralfm.co.uk website:
A road accident...in which a woman died, and three other people were injured...happened on the main Stirling to Falkirk road near Plean at Midnight last night.
It's thought the woman's car careered off the road and hit a wall. Meanwhile, traffic on the A84 between Crianlarich and Tyndrum's moving again, after an accident blocked the northbound carraigeway earlier today.

But the post didn't sensationalise the incident nor apportion blame so where is the problem?
As said above it's thought provoking. Which may keep one more of us out of the hedgerows!

scoob_babe,
You are indeed stupid!
Well posted.thoughtful and considerate in my opinion.
If it only makes, even 1 person drive slowly today, then its a job well done.
Everyone is so quick to criticise, these days, without thinking!!
Ignore her Ricky.
