On my works computers, the left mouse button is disabled, so I cannot get access to C drive or internet options.

The webmaster could easily add a "log out" button!

FFS, even Cliosport.net has one!

Go to start / run

Enter command

use the dos commands to locate and delete files

OR use search ~ computers to locate the C drive - and then remove.

Can you not just type "c:\" in the address bar, then navigate to the cookies?

All relevant suggestions guys....

but...

Wouldn't it be easier if the webmaster just added a bloomin' "log out" button?

Come on Webmaster, you know you wanna!
