Cool

Why do people go on about Swissol

I use this and its good and does not cost a fortune

then a coat of this.

I won the Sunday Show and shine at SIDC on the Sunday at J.A.E. Billing 2003, now you know my cheep secret

To add I will be doing the show and shine at SIDC Trax 2003 at Silverstone and will use Auto Glym, you have to use both products to get a deep shine but it works for me, I don’t want to spend a fortune on polish when I don’t have to.

None of the cars I have seen out shine what I have used and with little effort, and it lasts weeks.

Comments please from anybody that has used both and it must be both together of the Auto Glym Products and put them up against Swizzol.

random web site found selling the product, I re-directed the images here, no idea what there like.

@scooby towers - lol - just taken a second mortgage out - phew

@ajax - thats what i have been using.... my paintwork still feels 'rough' so thought i'd try something else.

i am a lazy 'b' and dont spend as long as i should cleaning.
mind you, 4 coats of wax is what they suggest - so i had better knuckle down and not drink too much the night before i start.

Ajax I wouldn't use Super Resin Polish all the time, it is like T Cut i.e. a polish.

Swissol is a wax and no other sh1te, you get the cleanser that you apply every 6 months to strip away all the rubbish on the car then build up the layers of wax. Also use a good shampoo that wont strip the layers of wax off.

All Super Resin does is continually strips away the layers.

PS Auto Glym is a hassel to apply, Swissol you can do the whole car leave it and then polish it off in one go. No white residue or cloudy finishes.

Zymol is the same but it uses synthetic ingredients

I did use Super Resin Polish, it gives a nice shine, but leaves white residue as a powder and also leaves white stains on the rubber/plastic, which Swissol doesn't.

regards,

Greg
