Question

I just bought a set of 17" BK 203 Gold Alloy Wheels & Tyres for my 95 scooby. And negotiated price is 625 quid. Is that worthy i am wondering?

I will. how much it would cost for third party insurance for 1 year (provional driving liecense and i am 22 years old) by the way?

****, think you might have been much better off asking questions like that before you bought the car, let alone started spending money on fancy wheels. Not much point having them if you can't afford to insure it...

Is this '95 Scooby turbocharged or normally aspirated? Makes a more than subtle difference insurance-wise, although it would appear that even Sports are expensive to insure if you're young/lacking in NCD.

If it's a turbo, consider yourself lucky if you get it for less than £3000 or so. At this level you may as well go fully comp, as there's not likely to be much difference in premium.
