why do they do it?
parked my car in guildford on sat about mid day
when i got back to it a few hours later the wiper arm was bent back and snaped off. probably not much to get fixed but what was the point?

Happened to me in Southwest France - which was a problem with very few dealers and no-one with the part!!!!
Cost me about £70 to replace the snapped off arm in the UK!
