Just into 4 figures with my insurance (but £680 less than the Evo so I'm happy with that) and that's with the exhuast

It's such a good drive though, so firmly placed on the road when your cornering and of course, has such road presence! Get last weeks Autocar (if you can) or Evo mag to read about how good it is, or give Iain Litchfield a ring and he'll always sort you out a test drive. (Be careful though, you may not want your old car once you've tasted this)!

Blue_Boy

I can't see L&V having a C spec on their system to insure, the muppets didn't even have the MY03 JDM WRX STi.

Phil: Why change or why Tesco's?

If it's why change, because I'm planning on some mods (and I know from my Evo VII that Tesco's price becomes uncompetitive when you mod it much over Stage 1).

Hmmmm, not even a JDM, not good (the Type RA was on Tesco's and it was only a matter of them ringing and getting back to me in order to get it up to the Spec C difference - although this ringing around took 30mins with the Evo VIII, as they just didn't seem to be able to find mention of it when it first came out and I had mine)!
