gritted road surface -cheap and nasty!!!!

good job i got an old mondeo which i use most time as council have been out wasting money again by putting that awful gritted road surface down again-like driving down a rutted road its inches thick in the middle of the road-signs say u should drive at 20 mph -but if u r both doing that in opposite directions thats a closing speed of 40 mph for a flying stone and that chips ur paintwork-i reckon u should be able to sue council for this crap surface for damage to cara and if everyone started doing this they wouldn't put this sh*t surface down anymore-any legal people on here tell me if u could sue as just after one road was gritted i suffered a smashed headlamp-replies please

I put a thread up on here last week about the very same thing. I am glad I am not the only one who despises the use of this neanderthal way of making roads. Its just so cheapskate. I got 2 nasty chips on my MY02 wagon last week thanks to this cheap sh1te.
If we all clubbed together and protested the local councils (and this *** government) would have to take notice
