They are about £60 IIRC for 4. They used to be referred to as P1 mini flaps. The full size flaps are £175 + fitting.

You could always go into business making them.
http://www.kay-dee.co.uk/pics.htm
This firm near where I live manufacture just the right materials.
You can buy loads of different colours, in different thicknesses, and by the meter.
I use 4mm thick, quite flexable stuff on my rally car, but can get thinner stiffer stuff which should do job.
(I have no idea on current prices)

That all depends on demand. Judging by the initial response to this thread not that many people are interested
I met get 4 customers if I were lucky
But then again I could use Prodrives pricing policy and make 250% profit on everyone sold

Only joking Prodrive people

Question

I used to have these on my RB5 and thought they were great. I ask at my dealer if they would fit on a STI8. They said they did not fit and I would have to go for the STI ones. There is no way on gods earth that I am paying those prices for a set of flaps. Has anybody tried and succeed to fit these to a STI8, or know someone that make similar that will fit.

Cheers

Baz

They do come with fixing bits yeah but they won't fit unless it's a P1 (It was this car the flaps were designed for)
A spire nut looks like this

They are available to buy at Halfords or any good car accessories shop!!

Good luck

Nick

How did you manage that? Have you got some sort of time machine or something?? If so can you zoom to January 2004 and tell me what changes are made to the MY04

Thanks for the part number

I have these on my 01 WRX and lucky for you,I just found the original invoice from the dealer when I purchased. The part number is SACC2145 and they are £8.50 each plus the dreaded

Good luck

Nick

Edited to say, they don't fit the WRX "outta the box" so to speak, but you just need to elongate one of the holes and they go on a treat (You'll also need two spire nuts per flap and obviously two screws and washers)
