I brought my car from them 2 and a half years ago.
The sales man was very good and wanted me to return the car to them for servicing, which I was happy to do even thought they were 5 miles away.
The problem is they have some very snobby old guys who are just plain rude to every one.
I haven't used them since I took my car in (book it in 2 weeks before) complaining of a loud grinding noise and bad brakes. The old guy snatched my keys from me a just drove off in my car, came back and said its fine.
So I demanded that they inspect the rear brakes, good job really because the pads had come away from the backing plates and all the clips had snapped off.
Of course I was surprised to return to the workshop to find a bill of £115 for the work, when I specifically asked them to phone me when they find what’s wrong.
Shame really because there workshop guys have always been very good.
