What's the current pricing status on used Scoobs?

I sold my 98MY Sti4 about a year ago and at that time the bottom seemed to have fallen out of the market. Now considering getting another classic and wondered if prices have firmed up or is still a buyers market? Is insurance still stupid money?

and insurance prices ARE still silly...
i just paid around £1200 for a 25 year old with 5 years ncb garaged in a very low risk area... on a my96 wrx which ive had forever and is probably worth very little right now!
