Hello fellow scooby netters!

Just to let you all know how CHUFFED i am to be learning to drive in our scoob!!! It's now my 8th time loose on the roads and doing ok. Some of the open mouthed stares are fun to see as i go past in a blaze of L plate glory, but seriously i am well pleased that the other half has placed in my hands our baby!!!! (even if do need 2 cushions and the seat as far forward as it'll go)!
So, apologies in advance if don't wave or flash (but sometimes my hands are stuck to the wheel.
Had my first real second and third gear kick from the turbo on the bypass 2nite. Can i just say.........YIPPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!
Anyway, away to test my knowledge and throw the highway code at my other half heh heh.

Hi Guys, ok- update,
hubby says proper lessons would be cheaper than the price of new clutch,lol - i agree,lol got some sorted so i'll c what a little saxo is like to rev,lol, reckon that should be easy enough.
Spun the turbo for the first time on the bypass Whahey!!!!! and promptly lost the L plate off the front of the bonnet!!!!, then aonther one on the way back!!!! so get tie on ones...they klingon better!!!!
as for the rules....they are at this moment being rewritten!!!!
I think i'm just overcome at driving the baby still.

Mrs Imprezive - of course you could always divorce your husband and buy a brand spanking new STi8 - worked for me!!

 

Cheaper insurance if you put your other half on and I'm the one with the points

Oh and I'm training to be a Driving Instructor just now if you want some help
