Is the first 30 seconds or so after leaving a petrol station and watching your fuel gauge go in the opposite direction to normal.

I think you will find that with the award of City Of Culture, Liverpool is implementing this policy to cope with the increased demand. "oi i demand petrol and i'm not paying for it " LOL

I know a builder who was doing a job in Loverpool. Dropped some bricks on the side of the road ready to build a wall. Popped for some breakfast only to return and find his bricks.....up on bricks!
