Nice Clip very scary stuff.
I found a cracking link to loads of motorsports clips, crashes, Rallying etc also contains the Yvan Muller fight at Brands.

ok there's no scooby but it's kinda a scooby spoiler

tiz quite big at 66mb but good viewing & no animals were harmed during the filming of this video (well OK apart from that fly that hit the camera
)

I think you must be thinking of the 405 Mi16
The mid engined 205 T16 series had about 800hp+, if the 405 T16 was the rally raid version then it was probably built on the same platform.

There was a road going 405 T16 mechanically completly different to the rally car, but none the less there was one.
It had four wheel drive with a 2L 16 valve turbo engine that had 220bhp on full boost, all left hand drive. And yes the engine will fit in a 205 if you can find one! I priced up the parts from Peugeot, the engine on its own was 11k
