Does anyone know whether or not there is something happening on the night before? Some sort of all nighter, camping out, drinking and then the 1/4 mile on the Sunday??

Who's going? This is potentially my first 1/4 mile run so its a bit nerve racking (in a very good way!) so what can i expect? Any tips etc...
