Question

what adjustable diff settings do you Type R drivers use when on the 1/4mile strip, heard someone mention using Fully Locked for the launch off the green light, then changing it to the Open setting when got going?

Peccy i never had used fully locked but two one light off it as i didn't want to bugger up the diff, and then as you said once into second gear would wind it back to open.

Want to see how to start - go to http://www.555club.com/ and look at the one that says WRX v MR2. You can see the guy start with diff lock on the pull it back once off the start.
