I am guessing Scoobynet has an owner somewhere and with the members which pay and the shop, the vast amount of traffic, reputation.
How much would this be worth if he/she decided to sell it

Ian,
The site is owned by Simon and myself. The income we generate from Banner Ad's and membership sales, basically pays for the site to be up and running, which does not include paying us or any of the moderators a wage. If we had to pay anyone, we would be bust!![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
With our bandwidth requirements and dedicated servers, this amounts to a sizeable cost each month. As you can imagine, an infrastructure to support a site that receives well in excess of 30 million hits a month, takes some support.
Chiark,
If you offering that kind of WEDGE, you can have it!!! lol![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
StickyMicky,
Would you like to elaborate on your comment of "keeps breaking down"? Sure, we do have problems at times, but please remember we try to sort the issues out ASAP. We all do this for FREE and have lives and activities outside of SN.
Regards,
Shaun.

I think we should all be grateful for the mental trauma our family's and other halves have to go through, now that we (or at least me and quite a few others
) are obssesed with SN!
