Hex bolts securing bumper to chassis

Can anyone tell me how to undo the bolts that fits the numberplate brackets to the chassis on the front bumper and what tool i need

They are security bolts, Heaven only knows why!
Maybe they have issues with number plate theft in Japan?
Anyway, you need a Torx security bit set, about £10 from B&Q etc.

My friend being a skilled craftsman offered to remove the front bumper for nothing....
I politely refused.

Scooby-tc, drill them out if you don't need to refit them.

Thankyou for your helpful responses.The job is now done and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone,its almost as bad as doing the downpipe an utter ****
