Got a personalised plate for my birthday and want to put it on

Not too sure how you remove the plates....

You need to unscrew the screws mate

actualy its a philips screwdriver, cross head

 

I bet this job will turn out to be a right pain in the ***

 

You may find the rear one is stuck on with some adhesive. If so you need to get some fishing line (or the like) and sort of thread it between the body and the No.plate with a sawing motion to cut the adhesive pads.
You can get some new adhesive strips from your local main dealer if you speak to them nicely.

 

mine wernt cross head, mine were flat

 

sorted - with the use of profanity (and a flat-blade scrwdriver!!)

Should have just stuck the new ones on top of the old ones save putting them back on when you sell lol
