hi everyone
just thought id say hi as this is my first post, finally got me first subaru after dreaming about owning one since passing me test 5 years ago, didnt think it would be this expensive to keep on the road though, its a L reg wrx version 2 jap import,in black with a purple metalic flip? only had it 4 weeks and after the first week i had a new cluch, full new howard, scot exhaust with decat, new power steering pump, new rear calipers and pads, and new spark plugs, totaling just over 2 grand! so ive had to kiss good by to me new wheels and plate for a while till i save up, anyway hope you lot can help me with any probs i get along the way, i'll try post some pics of me car soon,
cheers dave.

Hope you're either certain it's been properly remapped or are running it on the right petrol (Optimax + the correct amount of a good octane booster), else you could be putting yourself in line for another expensive repair job!

yeah i'm running it on optimax with octaine booster, it was mapped in febuary this year as i have the recipt to prove, but its going to b&d engineering next saturday to be rolling road tuned and remapped, you think 800 for a full decat exhaust with 5 inch tail pipe is expensive then? thats fitted by the way.
