got a 96 wrx wagon. But used to the power after 2 weeks. Is this normal? How can i test its performance? What difference would an induction kit make

 

Thats just you getting used to the power, itll happen in any car you go in!

 

just mod, get used to that, then mod again, soon the scoob will be scaring the living hell out of you on a regular basis!

 

Hire a Fiat Marea 1.6 for a week and drive it all the time. Then get back in the Scoob. Cheaper than modifying

 

i said that after 3 months and all it was was a wet floor and i was side ways and hit a parked car. if he had not been there i would have missed but that is life. on a good note getting it back in the new year.

do a search on scoobynet re something called scoobyecu..it'll fit straight onto your car and it the best money spent yet imho...

theres been loads of threads re this bit it of kit-all good as far as i have ever read/heard!!

well at least you had 2 weeks before you got bored , mine lasted 2 days before i decided there was nothing in 2nd and 3rd gear and decided to up the stakes

 

You should try walking for a while!! I've had my my/00 PPP for 4 months now and still grin like a lodging house cat when i'm in it

When you feel like it's down on power take someone out for a spin who's not been in a 300BHP car and look at their faces and white knuckles - car might not feel any quicker but it's good for a laugh !!

Couldn't agree more with BSWRX. Had a ride in bro's MY02 WRX last Xmas; thought it was the bee's knees compared to my BMW 328i. Got an STi8. Just had it PPP'd. Let him have a play in mine over Xmas, had a play with his. He's jealous. I think his is boring
