Oh No Not Another PPP Question?
#1
Sorry about this guys. Im thinking of getting the ppp pack on my MY03 WRX. Just a couple of questions
1) Will it change the MPG? Currently get about 240 from a tank
2) I will be paying an extra £40ish a month on my loan is it worth it?
I have not test drove one yet but may pop to the garage later.
Cheers

I have a Tek3 which is PPP and more. I have seen no increased fuel bill and i even get better mpg on a long run. Every time i fill up, i do a quick check on how many mpg's i've had so i'm qualified to comment i feel

I got better mpg with PPP. Not a lot admittedly but a good reliable 1mpg better over 3 or 4 months. Guess it's most likely due to the lower back pressure exhaust letting it breath more easily.

Cheers guys. Only problem I wont be purchasing the PPP from carstins as it`s a good 30 mile trip when Showells is about 1 mile away. Dont think they will be to happy if they found that out.

if you think the ppp goes like stink go for full decat as well not only will it be faster but you wont be able to hear yourself laughing because of that lovely exhaust sound

Well worth it m8 - I get about 260 miles to a tank which consists of a fair bit of motorway cruising - down to 200 when knocking about but had as many as 300!
Car is MUCH improved to drive and warranty still intact.
