STI 7 225 tyre PSI values??

Guys

I know the values for the tyres are inside the door on a metal plate but they are not in psi, they state 230 front and 190 rear, anyone know what psi this should be etc..?

Try 32-33 at the front and 30-31 at the rear. Or 32 ish all round.

I'm running about 33 front, 31 rear on my STi8.
