Year started off great when i bought my Scooby.
4 weeks later bang engine gone
6 weeks later i get it back from the warranty company
6 months later bang again. Garage didnt repair it properly.(thats a understatement as engine is now scrap) And they are now refusin responsibility when a report says they are to blame 100%
Now been without me scooby for 2 months and i dont know when i will get it back

I've had simliar trouble, just get angry with 'em, take aload of mates with you, they will soon come round to your way of thinking
Hope you get it back soon if not I can recommend virtua rally3, you can drive a scooby in the comfort of your own home whilst waiting for yours to be sorted!

unless you got your engine work done at the dealers id give the claim stuff a miss, speaking from experience youll only end up more out of pocket and the samll claims court is a total waste of time i ended up £5k out of pocket pursueing a claim similar to yours good advice dont bother

It was done at the warranty company(warranty supplied by dealer), I have a report sayin my engine is scrap due to them buildin it wrong. And its not the first time they had bodged a engine up. i have heard of a 22B they bodged up as well.
Well its been priced up for a new engine. Bog standard and it comes to just over £5200 quid.
So i am not happy

Gutted for you m8, my pal once sat outside a retail establishment with a megaphone letting all passers by know of his tale of woe - did the trick but I guess this may have it's own legal risks!
Good luck mate
