Had a reply from Bedford - still banned!!

Had a reply from Jonathon Palmer with a word doc full of my "negative comments" that are the reason I am still banned:
I for one will not be attending your complex again, which is a shame as I've been there 4 times before. I have a genuine SVA'd quiet car without "noisy exhaust to impress people on road" - I will certainly not commission an expensive new ultra silent system on the off chance that it may enable the car to attend Bedford, when it has no problems with any other circuit in the UK. i believe the saying is "Your loss, not mine"
think I need to have a word with JP One thing I did notice though......The way the Bedford marshalls really didn't seem to give a **** about what was going on........
wonder why we bothered to pay for a supposed "premium" day at Bedford when we could have had 2 days at Donington - which are hardly inferior But, if after Mr Palmers comments we are quite obviously not welcome, then that's fine, we will go to other circuits. Can see the complex becoming Corporate Days only. Which is a shame
Mr Palmer (who has a vested interest ) stated that a "few" were trying to cheat the system and "they" are responsible for runinig anyones day. That is in itself utter bull. Anyone who'd like to say "Bravo, straight from the horses mouth blah balh blah" - that's a totally biased self defensive comment. The real issue is being skirted around. David -you state that a few of peoples comments smack of arrogance when stating 2we won't be going to Bedfors again" Maybe true - but JP said he would be "reviewing whether they would want to carry on with this type of business". As a consumer of an over crowded trackday market I'm pretty sure I can see who is being arrogant here. Anyway -off to Donington tomorrow - no noise limits we'll fail and £75 for the day. Not being arrogant but guess where we'll be going in future?
We're doing Donington because we know they won't change their noise limits on a whim. Plus we get one of the best proper circuits in Britain for a fantastic price.
2 or 3 days for 1 Bedford. Not a hard choice eh? They'll probably laugh as we go past at 85.5db
Sorry Josh disagree. Was brought up to address (males ) as Mr, not just by their surname. i agree with Claudius and John and others that that was downright rude. How would he react if we said, "Palmer said, Oi Palmer, Palmer you ******* etc etc.
Perhaps I shot myself in the foot a little by saying I wouldn't go back , but all those posts are in reply to other people and in the light of Dr Palmers posts, perhaps negative but (reasonably?) constructive all the same.
Email from Dr Palmer:
"I am sorry but I just don't want people at my venue who are prepared to be
so unpleasant on a public forum. Of course normally such comments will go
unseen, but not always. If anyone has a problem, I would prefer they contact me directly. Of course anyone is entitled to their view and that's fine. Just don't assume, if it's in public, that causing offence will not provoke a reaction from those with the ability to do so.
If I felt there was a sincere change in attitude I might change my mind, but from comments I have heard from others this does not seem to be the case."
Am arranging a reply as we speak.
